Abstract: Users usually have to collect information by hand and then entry the data into computer for the second time in traditional information collection and dissemination in farm produce process， resulting in waste of resources； users are distracted their attention when using interface software based on old WIMP interaction paradigm， it may increase their cognitive load. In order to solve this problem， this paper designs and implements a farm produce information collection and dissemination system based on PGIS paradigm in pen interaction technology and pen-based form technology. The system combines the advantage of the pen interaction nature and efficiency feature with computer’s strong ability of information processing， so it is of a good future.
